HAVS enrolment decides who is asked to log their vibrating tool use. You choose one cohort, and everyone in it is asked to complete a HAVS log each time they sign out of site. Anyone outside the cohort signs out as normal.
Enrolling a Cohort
Select the Health & Safety tile.
Select HAVS tab
On the top right is a Settings cog, select this.
The HAVS enrolment page opens.
Select the cohort you want to enrol. You can type to search.
Only one cohort can be enrolled at a time.
If the cohort you need doesn't exist yet, Create a cohort following the link
Select Save changes.
Everyone in the cohort will now be asked to complete a HAVS log when they sign out of site.
Removing a cohort
Select the × on the selected cohort to clear it.
Select Save changes.
Use Case
Super users and health and safety administrators setting up HAVS, or changing who needs to log as teams change.
💡Tips
Choosing a cohort doesn't save it on its own. Always select Save changes.
Cohorts update automatically. Add someone to the cohort and they'll be asked to log HAVS from their next sign-out.
Switching HAVS off doesn't delete anything. Logs already submitted stay on record.
