The Induction Steps report brings all of an individual's onboarding and induction information together in one place, making it easy to review and export without switching between multiple screens. You can choose how the information is displayed and export it as a single PDF in just a few clicks.
Induction Steps Report in Workforce Management Tile
Select the Workforce Management tile.
Open the Induction Workbench.
Select the individual whose induction information you want to view.
Select the PDF Preview button.
You can then choose how to view the information:
Option A — Grid View
Displays all induction items laid out in a grid format, giving you a compact overview at a glance.Option B — Cards View
Displays each piece of induction information in its own separate card, making it easier to read through individual items in detail.
NB: You can optionally include full checklist PDFs as an appendix, or exclude them to keep the report shorter. Tick the 'add appendices' box on the right hand side (it will only appear if there are appendices on the induction).
Once you are happy with your view and filters, click the Export PDF button to download everything as a single PDF.

Select the Address Book tile.
Select an individual
Select the Induction Icon at the top
Choose the induction and then press Preview PDF.
As above, you can then choose how to view the information:

💡 Tips
Use the filters before exporting to ensure only the relevant induction steps are included in your PDF - keeping it concise and easy to share.
Cards view works well for detailed review, while grid view is better suited for a quick overview or summary export.
This report is particularly useful for compliance purposes - a single PDF provides a clean, shareable record of everything up to that point in time.
