Flamingo 1.1 brings a smarter way to view weekly timesheets, a set of powerful new servicing tools to help with LOLER and PUWER compliance, and a handful of improvements and fixes across Equipment, Address Book and Workforce Management.

We've launched a brand new way to view weekly timesheet hours. The new Weekly Timesheet Summary report condenses each person's week into a single, easy-to-read row, with the days of the week shown as columns - no more scrolling through long lists of individual days.

To access: ChimeTime → Reports → Current Hours, then select Weekly Timesheet Summary or Weekly Timesheet Summary (with pay)

You can tailor the report to how you like to work - reorder columns, switch between showing dates or day names, toggle hours between decimal and hours & minutes, and filter payments by status. A "with pay" version is also available, showing pay totals alongside hours. Everything can be exported to a smart, ready-to-share Excel file that looks just like what's on screen.

We've added a new On Site Today report so you can see, at a glance, how many people are on each of your sites right now — and how that compares to previous days.

To access:
ChimeTime → Reports → Clockings → On Site Today

The report shows your current headcount alongside comparisons to the previous day, the same day last week, and the previous week overall, with clear +/- differences so trends are easy to spot. You can group the numbers by site or by trade, and switch between an area chart or bar chart to visualise the data however suits you best.

Servicing schedules just got a lot more flexible and streamlined with lots of new features

You can now set a servicing schedule to repeat by days, weeks, months (previously it was just months) - perfect for more frequent checks.

You can now build forms within a servicing schedule rather than in forms module. Readings like mileage or running hours will update automatically on the equipment item, keeping your records accurate with no extra effort.

Servicing now has its own home screen tile in the Chime mobile app, making it quicker than ever to see what's due. Tap in to see all equipment servicing due on your site, sorted by urgency, and complete it right there - whether it's a quick reading or a full inspection form.

Three new reports have been added to Equipment, especially useful for LOLER and PUWER compliance: Servicing Status, Servicing History, and Servicing Calendar. Quickly see what's been completed, what's due, and get a view of servicing across your equipment - all exportable to Excel.

Archived equipment no longer appears when searching for equipment on checklists, keeping your lists clean and relevant to what's actually in use.

To help make sure no one is ever paid at an out-of-date rate, a contact's pay rate now automatically resets to '0' when they're deactivated. If they're reactivated later, you'll simply set their pay rate again - giving you extra peace of mind that rates are always kept current.
