Why a Cloud Solution is Important?
The benefits of a cloud solution are many, however for most people the ability to view data on any device, any-where at any time is the most significant.
Being Cloud-Based specifically means for our customers:
No Expensive Servers
No 3rd Party Backups
No quarterly – yearly maintenance process
No installing and updating of clients servers
A rapid installation and a highly scalable solution
Breach Notifications – Chime Software and all staff conform and are briefed on GDPR. In the unlikely event we should have a data breach, our DPO knows to notify the DPA within 74 hours.
Right to Access / Data Portability – Chime Site enables selected users to see their data that is being held. This can be turned on and off on request.
Privacy by Design – System data is only visible by a highly configurable user access level.
