Emu 1.1 brings annual form resubmission, expanded reporting columns, and a plant photo analyser integration.


Forms

Annual resubmission of a form

β–Œ New Feature

Release: Emu 1.1

You can now configure forms to automatically prompt for resubmission on an annual basis through Onboarding Tile. For example, if a person completes a health questionnaire on 17/03/2026, they will automatically be prompted to complete and resubmit it on 17/03/2027 - this keeping records consistently up to date without manual chasing.

To enable this, toggle on Annual Submission in the additional options box when building your form. This option can be permission-controlled. Speak to your Customer Success Manager or Support for more information.

Release: Emu 1.1

Four new columns - Chime PIN, Employment Policy, Last Seen On, and Mobile Number - are now available across the Leavers, New Joiners, Inactivity, and AWOL Today reports, giving you more detail when exporting and analysing your workforce data.


Equipment

Plant and equipment photo analyser integration

β–Œ Integration

Release: Emu 1.1

Integration option with external software that sends Equipment images to an external software tool to assess equipment condition β€” such as detecting dirt or visible issues. Results are stored against the equipment record and included in reporting, reducing the need for manual photo review.


Bug Fixes

  • Equipment items were sometimes being counted alongside people in the Who's On Site view on the mobile app, causing inflated headcount figures. This has been fixed - the count now correctly reflects people only.

  • Equipment items were sometimes disappearing from the list view after being assigned a parent item. These now display correctly regardless of their parent/child relationship.
