Dragonfly 1.13 brings expanding reporting capabilities, strengthening Right to Work compliance controls, and giving administrators more flexibility over timesheet approval workflows.

Users with Timesheet Approval permissions can now see the rate of pay applied to each individual's hours directly within Approval Insights. If you press the 'i' icon, the rate of pay will appear in the top right of the screen. This gives managers better visibility of spend at the point of approval.

Super Users can now configure exactly what is required when a timesheet change is made. Under System Settings > Timesheets, you can set the approval change dialog to require a comment, a change reason, or both. You will need to talk to Chime Support if this permission isn't get 'active' on your account.

Right to Work status can now prevent site sign-in

Dragonfly 1.13

A new permission lets you block site sign-ins for contacts whose Right to Work status is unknown, incomplete, or declared as "No right to work." When enabled, only contacts with a positively confirmed Right to Work status can sign in.

Right to Work information is managed in Address Book > Individual > Employment Tab, and can be entered manually or synced automatically via the Right to Work Onboarding Widget (see Setting up Onboarding).

Speak to your Customer Success Manager to enable this permission.

The Clocking Exceptions report (Chime Time > Reports > Clockings > Exceptions) now includes two additional columns: Business Unit and Employment Policy - making it easier to filter and analyse exception data in context.

Timesheet Locking

When using the multi-select in Timesheet Locking, selecting more than 46 sites was causing an error and clearing the table. This has been resolved — all sites can now be selected and managed without issue.
