Once a Test Plan has been completed, reviewed, and signed off, you can download a single master PDF containing a cover summary, all completed inspection forms, and supporting evidence.
This document is ready to share, file, or submit as a complete audit-ready record.
Downloading the Master PDF
Open the Quality Assurance tile.
Go to Approve & Review Tab
Navigate to the completed and approved Test Plan - double click to open.
Click Download PDF's to generate the single master PDF.
The PDF will include:
A cover summary with overall scores.
All completed inspection forms with results and photos
Share, file, or submit the PDF as needed.
💡 Tips
Download the master PDF as soon as a test plan is fully signed off to keep your audit trail up to date.
Share the PDF directly with clients or external auditors as a complete compliance record.
Store copies centrally so they are accessible for future reference or regulatory inspections.
