Inspections in the QA module are designed to be completed on the mobile app.
Site teams access their assigned test plans through their Site Tasks tile, complete each form in the flow, and submit or save their progress directly from site.
Completing an Inspection
Open the Site Tasks tile on the mobile app.
Use the Search bar or Filters/Tags to find the relevant Test Plan.
Select the Inspection Form from the flow.
Carry out the form — fill in fields, take or pick photos as required.
Tap Save progress to continue later, or Submit when complete.
💡 Tips
Use filters and tags in Site Tasks to quickly locate the correct test plan, especially on busy sites.
Save progress regularly if you are completing a lengthy inspection — you can return and finish it later.
Inspections don't need to be assigned to a specific person; anyone on site can pick them up and carry them out.
