Once your Test Plans are ready, use the Deploy & Assign function to roll them out across your project plots or areas.

The Bulk Create feature speeds things up — letting you deploy to up to 100 items at once, with the option to use auto-numbered or free-text references.

For example, if you have 25 new housing plots that all require the same inspection tests, you can apply the plan to all 25 in one go. Once deployed, you can track progress and manage each plot and inspections as needed.

Deploying a Test Plan

Go to the Deploy & Assign tab
Press the Bulk Create Inspection Items button.
Select a Test Plan
Select a Site
Choose a referencing option:

Auto Numbered — enter a Reference Prefix (e.g. HP), the Number of Items (e.g. 25), and the Starting From number (e.g. 1). This will then auto-populate HP1, HP2, HP3...HP25

Free Text — enter each plot reference on a new line (e.g. HP001, HP002).

Press 'Save'

💡 Tips

Use Auto Numbered for large housing developments where plots follow a sequential pattern.
Double-check your reference prefix and starting number before creating to avoid duplicate or incorrect references.
You can deploy up to 100 items at a time — plan your batches if your site has more.
