Visitor Mode - Site Tablet

Get visitors signed into sites quickly and safely

Updated yesterday

Visitor Mode allows site tablets to capture visitor information quickly and efficiently without requiring pre-registration. When enabled, a dedicated Visitor tab appears on the tablet sign-in screen where visitors can check themselves in by entering basic details and taking a selfie.

The system automatically creates a temporary profile for each visitor, which appears in Who's on Site for the duration of their visit. Visitor profiles are automatically deactivated when they sign out or at midnight if they forget to sign out.

Enable Visitor Mode on a Site Tablet

  1. Go to Address Book

  2. Select 'Tablets' Tab

  3. Choose the tablet you want to configure (or follow the steps for setting up a new site tablet)

  4. Under Tablet Sign-In Method, press the pen icon

  5. From the drop-down list, select PIN & QR Code

  6. Press Save

Once saved, a new Visitor tab will appear on the tablet sign-in screen.
