Dragonfly 1.10 brings improvements across Forms, Reporting, Who's on Site, and Approval Workflows. Highlights include instructional text now appearing in PDF exports, a more consistent Who's on Site experience across web and mobile, and new approval roles providing greater flexibility across the organisation.

Instructional text can now be included in exported PDF outputs, ensuring what users see in the app matches the final document. A new Display in PDF toggle has been added to the Instructional Text field settings — when enabled, the text will appear in the exported PDF with paragraph formatting preserved.

When uploading a file to a Display PDF or Display Image field, a preview is now shown immediately after upload. This allows you to quickly confirm the correct file has been added without needing to exit or submit the form.

Rename report tiles

Report tiles can now be renamed to match customised report titles, ensuring consistent naming across the platform. When a report name is overridden in System Settings, the updated name will appear both on the report itself and on its tile.
