Forms

Submissions Count report

▌ New Feature

A new Submissions Count report has been added to the Forms area, showing all your forms alongside how many times each has been submitted. Filtering options are included to make it easy to review and analyse form usage.

Address Book

Leave Date enhancements

▌ New Feature

Release: Dragonfly 1.9

You can now record and schedule a leave date for individuals directly from their profile. When deactivating a person, you will be prompted to enter a leave date, reason, and any notes.

  • If the leave date is today or in the past, the user is deactivated immediately and the date is auto-populated on their profile

  • If the leave date is in the future, the user remains active until that date and is scheduled for deactivation

  • Future leave dates can be changed or cancelled at any time from the individual's Employment section

Please note: clearing the date keeps the user active.

Leavers report

▌ New Feature

A new Leavers report is now available under Address Book → Reports, showing individuals who have left or are scheduled to leave based on their leave date. Accessible to users with the appropriate view permissions.
