Dragonfly 1.6 delivers improvements across Forms, Skills, Reporting, and Site Management. Highlights include the ability to append reference PDFs to completed form submissions, a significantly improved Skills Monitor, and a performance upgrade to handle large volumes of simultaneous sign-ins.

Append PDF to completed form

You can now choose to automatically append an embedded reference PDF to the end of a completed checklist PDF, so reviewers see both the submitted answers and the reference document together in one file.
Percentage of video watched now displayed

When a form includes a video, you can now see the exact percentage of the video that was watched, rather than a simple yes or no confirmation.

The Skills Monitor tab now provides a clear, real-time view of all Skills Rules and their live status, with filters and the ability to drill down to individual skills per person. The Excel export has also been improved for easier analysis, and a new PDF export option has been added.
People Map
Now supports 200+ sites

The People Map can now display more than 200 sites simultaneously, resolving a previous limitation on the map view.
Time Off
Time Off now defaults to current year

Queuing system performance upgrade

A performance upgrade has been introduced to handle large peaks of simultaneous sign-ins and sign-outs with no delays. Time is now logged instantly and processed in the background to keep everything running smoothly.
