Dragonfly 1.4 brings useful improvements to the Address Book, Search, and Reporting. Highlights include clearer deactivation tracking with auto-populated leave dates, NI number search, and a significantly enhanced Current Hours Pivot report.

When deactivating an individual, the reason selected is now clearly visible on their profile. Deactivation reason options can be set up and colour coded in System Settings → Deactivation Reasons. Contact support for help getting this configured.

When a person is deactivated, their leave date is now automatically populated on their profile, giving you a clear and accurate audit history. View this in Address Book → Individual Profile → Employment Details.

You can now search for an individual using their National Insurance number in both the Address Book and Detailed Approvals.
