Dragonfly 1.1

Updated yesterday

What's New in Dragonfly 1.1

Dragonfly 1.1 brings a focused set of new features and improvements across Forms, Reporting, and Workforce Management. Highlights include the ability to package form submissions into downloadable zip files, a new Skills on Site time machine report for audits and compliance, and the ability to force through onboarding for users who need immediate site access.

Alongside these, a number of usability improvements make everyday tasks quicker and easier across the platform.

Forms

ZIP Folder Creation — PDF Packs

▌ New Feature

Release: Dragonfly 1.1

You can now select multiple form submissions and package them together into a downloadable zip file. This is ideal for weekly H&S packs that contractors need to submit to the Main Contractor — a task that previously required downloading and collating forms one by one.

To create a zip pack: Forms → Submissions Tab → Select Week / Filter → Select Prepare Zip → Tick forms to include → Add a title → Press Download

View PDF submission as preview

▌ Improvement

Release: Dragonfly 1.1

Clicking on a form in the Submissions tab now opens a preview, allowing you to scroll through it directly. Previously you had to download the form first to view it.

Submissions tab now defaults to today

▌ Improvement

Release: Dragonfly 1.1

The Submissions tab previously loaded all form submissions by default, which could cause performance issues. It now defaults to showing submissions from the current day only. Filters can still be applied to view other dates or ranges as needed.

Reporting

Skills on Site — Time Machine Report

▌ New Feature

Release: Dragonfly 1.1

A new Skills on Site report allows you to go back to any date and site and see exactly which skills were present, who held them, and their sign-in details for that day. A PDF report can be downloaded once a site is selected.

Please note: this report reflects the skills a person held at that time. If their skills have since changed, the report will show what was recorded on the day. For current, live skills use the Skills Matrix.

Induction Status Report

▌ New Feature

Release: Dragonfly 1.1

A new Induction Status report is now available, allowing you to view and export induction data filtered by status type. Find it under Workforce Management → Reports Tab.

Reports now available at site level

▌ Improvement

Release: Dragonfly 1.1

Several reports are now accessible directly from the site level in ChimeTime, in addition to the main Reports section. This makes them available to users whose permissions previously prevented them from seeing them. The following reports are now available from ChimeTime → Sites → Choose Site → Reports:

  • Power BI

  • Current Hours with Pay

New export options

▌ Improvement

Release: Dragonfly 1.1

Export buttons have been added to the following areas:

  • Resource Planning — Workforce Management → Resource Planning

  • Trades — System Settings → Trades

  • Suppliers — Address Book → Suppliers

  • Skills — Skills → Skills

Who's on Site

Poor face match filter

▌ Improvement

Release: Dragonfly 1.1

A new filter has been added to Who's on Site allowing you to quickly identify any sign-ins with a poor face match result.

Workforce Management & Onboarding

Force through onboarding

▌ New Feature

Release: Dragonfly 1.1

You can now bypass onboarding for a user so they can begin signing into site straight away, with the onboarding process to be completed at a later date.

To force through onboarding: Induction Workbench or individual's profile → Click on their onboarding process → Select the button on the right hand side of the screen

General

Add Person pop-up now scrollable

▌ Improvement

Release: Dragonfly 1.1

When adding a new person or contact with a large number of fields, the form would previously cut off with no way to scroll down. This has been fixed — the pop-up now scrolls correctly so all fields are accessible.
