If you have the correct permissions, you can quickly log in to the Chime web platform using the Chime mobile app. This makes it faster and easier to access the web platform without manually entering your details.
This feature is typically available to Site Managers and above. Operatives do not have access to the web platform login function.
Before You Start
Make sure you know your company’s unique Chime platform URL.
You can get this by:
Asking your administrator, or
Going to the Chime website and entering your email address into the platform login box, which will show the correct login for your company
Steps to Log In Using Your Mobile
On the home screen, tap the Web Login button at the bottom of the screen.
This will open your phone’s camera scanner.
On your computer, open your company’s Chime platform login page so the QR code is visible.
Hold your phone over the QR code and place it inside the blue dotted box on your screen.
Once scanned, you will be automatically logged in to the Chime web platform.

This feature is designed for users with the correct permissions, typically Site Managers, Contract Managers, Super Users, and Admins, who need quick access to the Chime web platform.
💡 Tips
Make sure you are on the correct company login page before scanning the QR code.
If the QR code does not scan straight away, hold your phone steady and make sure the full code is inside the blue dotted box.
