Tap your profile photo on the home screen.
Select System Settings.
Choose Contact Chime Support.
This will open a WhatsApp chat where you can send a message to the support team.
Type your message and send it. A member of the support team will respond as soon as possible.
Use Case
This feature is available to all users of the Chime app who need assistance or have questions about the platform.

Include as much detail as possible in your message (such as the site name or issue you’re experiencing) to help the support team assist you faster.
If possible, attach a screenshot to clearly show the issue.
Contact support as soon as you notice a problem so it can be resolved quickly.
