You to switch between different profiles (if you have them set up), each with its own set of permissions.
Before you can switch profiles, you'll need to set up the different profile types for yourself by creating yourself as a new contact in the Address Book - each profile will receive a unique pin code via text message from ChimeNow.
This is predominantly used by Super Users.
Switching Profiles
NB: The first time you set up / log into a new profile you'll need the pin code from your text message - after that, it's saved into your Profiles section automatically.
Select your profile picture on the home screen
Select the Profiles tile.
A list will appear of all your available profiles. Select the profile you want to use from the list.
Once the profile is selected, return to the Home screen where you will now see the screen for that user type.
Use Case
This will be predominantly for super user roles where it will be useful to have multiple profiles either across different businesses or different roles for visibility

You must log out of one profile before setting up a new one for the first time.
Go back to the Log in Screen when initially setting up each different profile.
Your profile list will build up over time as you log into different profiles.
