You can quickly log a near miss or safety observation from the Chime app - an alert can then be sent to the relevant H&S team immediately.
Adding a near miss
NB: You can only see the Near Miss Tile when you are already signed into a site
Open the Chime app and tap the Near Misses / Hazards tile.
Write a description of the hazard
Take a of the scene or hazard using the live camera.
Press Save Note — it will be logged immediately and, if configured, trigger an text alert to the relevant cohort.
