Site Documents in Chime can be configured with additional controls to ensure operatives properly review and sign important information. These settings help improve compliance and provide a clear audit trail.
You can require operatives to spend a minimum amount of time reading a document and enable identity verification, time and location checks. Once completed, the system automatically generates a signed PDF record containing all signature and verification details.

π‘ Tips
Match the reading time to the document length β shorter documents may only need 30 seconds, while longer documents such as RAMS may require several minutes.
The generated signed PDF acts as your audit record, capturing who signed the document, when it was signed, and signature
