Completing Onboarding

How to complete onboarding on your Chime App

If you're new to Chime or need to provide additional information before using the app, you'll be guided through a short onboarding process. Everything is done from your phone and only takes a few minutes.


Complete your onboarding

  1. Open the Chime app

  2. Tap the Enhanced Onboarding tile on your home screen

  3. You'll see a list of sections to complete β€” e.g. contact details, email address, skills

  4. Tap a section to open it and fill in the required information

  5. When finished, tap Save

    1. Completed sections turn green

    2. Incomplete sections stay amber β€” go back and check what's missing

  6. Repeat for all sections until everything is green

  7. Tap Complete Onboarding

Your onboarding is now submitted. All your details go straight to your admin and are synced directly with your profile β€” you can start using the Chime app straight away.

  • You don't have to finish everything in one go β€” your progress is saved

  • You can add a comment at any point during onboarding, which goes directly to your admin

  • Once submitted, there's nothing else to send β€” your details are automatically synced
