What is the 360 Report?

The 360 report in Chime instantly generates a clear PDF summary of an individual’s skills and site history. It gives a fast, reliable snapshot of competence for project readiness or compliance, and can be easily shared when needed.


Accessing the 360 Report

  1. Select the Address Book tile.

  2. Use the search bar to find and select the individual.

  3. On their profile page, look on the left-hand side underneath their photo.

  4. Click the 360 Report box.

  5. The PDF report will download, containing:

    • The individual’s current skills.

    • Who created the report.

    • The date the report was generated.

    • A list of all sites worked at.


Use Case

The 360 report is predominantly used by:

  • Super-users

  • Admin staff

  • Site managers

  • Contracts managers

It is also useful when sharing competence details directly with the individual.

  • Use the 360 report for quick checks on competence before assigning individuals to new projects.

  • Save copies of 360 reports for audits or compliance records.

  • Encourage individuals to review their own report to stay aware of their recorded skills.
