The Inactivity Report lets you see which users haven’t used Chime for a set period of time. It helps identify operatives who may no longer be active - so you can take action if needed.
Access Inactivity Report
Select the Address Book tile.
Click the Reports tab at the top.
Select the Inactivity Report button.
You’ll now see a list of users who have been inactive for a set number of days
Determine Time Period to view
Use the arrow buttons to adjust the inactivity range—for example, view users inactive for the past 14, 30, or 60 days.
You can deactivate a user directly from this screen.
This moves them to Archived, meaning they can no longer sign in or out.

Export Report
To export the report, click the Export button on the top right. You can export in Excel or CSV format.
Use Case
This report is mainly used by Admin and Payroll teams to manage user numbers. It’s especially useful for identifying users to archive if they’re no longer active on site. Regular use helps keep your live user list clean and your costs optimised.
💡 Tips
This report is great for monthly reviews to manage churn or project transitions.
Deactivating users doesn’t delete their records—you can always reactivate them later.
Use this report to keep your user count accurate and avoid unnecessary charges.
