Induction Workbench

Have visibility of your workforce progress / status

Updated over 2 weeks ago

The Induction Workbench gives you full visibility of all onboarding and induction forms for your workforce. It shows the live status of every induction across your team, using clear traffic light indicators to highlight progress and identify where action is needed. From here, you can review, approve, request more information, or reject inductions, depending on your permissions. This centralises control, making it simple to keep inductions accurate, compliant, and up to date.

View your Induction Workbench

  1. Select the Workforce Management tile.

  2. Click on the Induction Workbench tab.

  3. You will see a dashboard showing the status of all induction forms across your team with a traffic light system.

  4. Use the search bar or filters to refine results by person, status, or form type.

  5. Select an individual induction to:

    • Approve if all information is correct.

    • Request further information if more detail is needed.

    • Reject if the form does not meet requirements.

  6. You can also add updates, such as assigning a new induction form to an individual directly from the Workbench.

Use Case

The Induction Workbench is typically used by admins, super users, and managers who need to monitor, manage, and approve induction forms across the workforce.
