Verifying Skills

View & verify submitted skills

Verifying a skill is done on the Chime desktop platform. This adds an important layer of security to ensure that all submitted skills have been properly checked - including verifying the details and the photo evidence.


Verifying Skill

  1. Select the Skills tile on the left-hand side.

  2. Click the Verification tab at the top.

  3. Use the filter bar to control what you see:

    • To see everything, select the All filter.

    • To view only pending items, select the Pending Verification filter on the left-hand side.

  4. You’ll now see a list of all skills awaiting verification.

  5. You can verify each skill:

    1. Individually – by clicking on an individual skill

    2. Or Click the Start Verifying button to get a pop up so you can easily verify in bulk without going in and out of list.

  6. Once finished, close the popup.

✅ All successfully verified skills will now move into the Verified section.


Use Case

This process is used by Admin or Super Users to validate skills submitted by operatives or team members through the mobile app. It's a quick and efficient way to confirm compliance across your team and have an up-to-date skills matrix


💡 Tips

  • Always review the photo and expiry date before verifying.

  • Use the start verifying button for bulk verifying (to avoid going in and out of skills)

  • Use the filters to manage your views for ease
