Filters on Skills Verification Tab

Updated over 2 weeks ago

The Skills Verification tab includes a powerful set of filters that help you view, organise, and manage all uploaded skills across your workforce. Using filters makes it easy to see where you're at with verifications, expiries, and coverage—and everything you view can be exported to Excel, CSV, or PDF format.

Available Filters

You can use multiple filters at once to narrow down your results. Here's a breakdown of the options available:

Top-Level Filters

  • Skill – Filter by a specific skill type (e.g. CSCS, Asbestos Awareness).

  • Person– Search for a specific individual

  • Employer – View skills by employer (helpful for subcontractor compliance).

  • Trade – Filter by the trade associated with the user.

  • Site – View skills by site

  • Archive – View archived skills

Status Filters (Second Row)

  • Pending Verification – Shows skills waiting to be reviewed and approved – this is useful for the verifying approver to keep on top of verifying.

  • Expiring Soon – Lists skills nearing expiry – very useful for booking training ahead of time.

  • Expired – Displays skills that have already expired.

  • Verified – All successfully verified skills.

  • Rejected – Skills that were declined during verification.

  • All Skills – Full view of every skill submitted.

These filters help you monitor compliance, plan renewals, and keep records clean.

Use Case

This is mainly used by Admin and Super User roles who are responsible for verifying and maintaining up-to-date skill records.

💡 Tips

  • Combine filters (e.g. Trade + Expired) to get a precise view.

  • Export your filtered results for use in team meetings or to share with clients or contractors.

  • Regularly check Expiring Soon to stay ahead of compliance gaps.
