View Submitted Forms

Submitted forms can be viewed in three places on the desktop:

  1. The Forms tile

  2. The ChimeTime tile (via specific site)

  3. The Site Documents tile (for forms assigned to signing in/out)

This gives full visibility over whoโ€™s completed what, allowing you to monitor compliance, download PDFs, and keep your records up to date.


View via Forms Tile

  1. Select the Forms tile from the menu

  2. Choose the form you want to review

  3. Click the Submissions icon at the top

  4. Here, you will see a list of all submitted entries

  5. Filter your results by:

    • Date: custom range, weekday, business week, or month

    • Person, Site, Tags, or Scores
      This is helpful for handling large volumes of submissions.

View via ChimeTime Tile

  1. Click on the ChimeTime tile

  2. Go to the Sites tab

  3. Select the site you want to view

  4. In the left-hand Explorer Tree, click Forms

  5. Browse through all forms submitted for that site

  6. Apply filters as needed (site, user, tag, etc.)

View via Site Documents Tile (for forms linked to sign-in)

  1. Open the Site Documents tile

  2. Find the relevant form by using search or filtering by group

  3. Select the form to open it

  4. On the right-hand side, you'll see a list of signatures by date

  5. Use the calendar view to jump to a specific day

  6. Click the Download button to export all signatures/submissions
