It’s quick and easy to complete forms and checklists directly on your Chime Mobile app. Whether a form has been assigned to you or you simply want to carry one out, the app gives you the flexibility to do it on the go — all from your phone.
Completing a Form on the app
Open the Checklist tile on the Chime mobile app
At the top, you'll see three tabs:
Checklist: all forms you’re able to carry out
In Progress: forms you’ve started but not submitted
Completed: your completed and submitted forms
To start a new form:
Select your checklist from the list
You can search by tag or last used
If not using filters, forms are shown in alphabetical order
Complete the checklist on the go
If you need to pause:
Tap Save Progress (bottom left) - The form will move into the In Progress tab
To finish the checklist press Submit
Your form will appear in the Completed tab once submitted
To share the PDF, click on the form in the completed section and press the share button at the bottom.
