In order to start using Chime, you will need to download the Chime app onto your mobile device. The process is simple and only takes a few minutes.
Receive the text message
You will receive a text message from Chime Now containing:
A link to download the app (Google Play Store for Android, Apple App Store for iOS).
A six-digit code for login
Download the app
Tap the link in the text message.
Download and install the Chime app from the relevant app store onto your mobile device.
Open the app
Launch the Chime app after installation.
Enter your details
On the home screen, type in your mobile number.
For the password, enter the six-digit code from your original text message.
Log in
Press Login.
You are now ready to start using the Chime app.

Keep your six-digit code safe — you’ll need it for your first login.
If you don’t receive the text message, check your mobile number with your site manager or system administrator.
