Individuals can view their timesheets in the Chime app, including:
Hours worked.
Pay that has been approved.
This reduces phone calls, queries, and confusion, while giving individuals reassurance and a clear understanding of their weekly hours and pay. Users can also add comments or queries directly to their timesheet, which are sent through to approvers and admins for review.
View your Timesheet
On the home screen of the mobile app, select the Timesheet tile.
Review your recorded hours:
The most recent entries appear at the top.
Understand the status icons:
Blue circle outline = Awaiting approval.
Green circle outline = Approved.
To add a comment:
Your manager or approver will immediately see your comment when reviewing and approving hours for that week.
