If you are working at more than one site in a day — you can easily log this in the Chime app. When you sign into additional sites, your timesheet will automatically record each individual site along with the time you have spent at each location that day. This ensures your hours are tracked accurately and continuously.
Steps to Sign Into Another Site
Open the Chime app and go to the Home screen.
Tap the “Sign in at another site” button.
Select the new site you will be signing into from the site list.
Take a selfie when prompted.
Read and acknowledge any required documents.
You are now signed in at your new site.
NB: You do not need to manually sign out before switching sites — simply signing into the new site will update your timesheet automatically.
What Happens to Your Timesheet?
Your timesheet will show both sites you have signed into.
It will display the hours spent at each site.
You do not need to sign out of the original site first.
Your time will automatically continue until you sign into the new site.
This provides full continuity of your hours and working time.
