Assigning a QR code to a piece of equipment makes it quick and easy for anyone to access its profile directly from the app. Once linked, scanning the code instantly pulls up all the details, checklists, and history for that item. This helps save time, reduces search errors, and is especially useful in environments with a large volume of equipment.
Assigning QR Code
Go to the Equipment Profile Screen.
Press Assign QR Code button
Camera screen with blue box will load
Scan the QR code sticker on the equipment (within the blue box).
QR code is now linked!
💡 Tips
Make sure QR sticker is already securely on the piece of equipment before assigning.
