The QR scanner is a fast way to bring up an equipment profile without having to type or browse. By simply scanning the QR code, you can instantly access key details and forms related to that piece of equipment. This speeds up daily checks and makes sure operatives always have the right information at hand
Using the QR Scanner for Equipment
Select the Equipment Tile.
Tap the QR Code icon on the All tab.
Camera screen will appear with blue box
Scan the QR code within the blue box
The equipment profile will now open automatically.
💡Tips
Make sure the QR code is clean and clearly visible before scanning. Dirt, damage, or glare can prevent the scanner from recognising the code.
Hold your device steady and position the QR code fully inside the blue box for the quickest scan.
