How to view Reports
Select the Chime Time tile.
Click on the Reports tab.
Depending on your permissions, choose from the list of available reports.
Open the report you need.
Use filters to refine the data (e.g., by site, date range, employer, or trade).
Adjust the columns and views to suit your needs.
NB: Once you have got report in format you are happy with you can โsaveโ and name this view
Export or share the report as required.
Use Case
The Reporting tab is predominantly accessed by Super User Payroll.
Reports that include pay data are restricted to users with the correct permissions.
Access to specific reports can be enabled or disabled by directory role, so for example:
Contracts Managers may need access to Current Hours by Trade or Labour Reports.
Payroll staff will access detailed pay-related reports.
