Adding documents to your equipment types or individual items in Chime allows you to store everything in one place β€” from user manuals and safety guides to inspection certificates and maintenance records. This ensures your team always has quick access to the right information, reduces paper copies, and keeps compliance documents securely stored and easy to find.


Adding a document to Equipment Type

  1. Select Equipment Tile and Types Tab

  2. Open an Equipment Type Profile.

  3. Select the Documents icon at the top of the screen.

  4. Click Upload File.

  5. Select and attach any relevant documents (e.g. user manuals, safety guides).

  6. Press Save.
