Applying a service schedule to an individual item allows you to manage servicing requirements for a specific piece of equipment, rather than applying the same rules across an entire type. This is useful when a single item has different servicing needs due to usage, age, or hire conditions.
Once applied, the schedule will automatically track when servicing is due based on mileage, running hours, or time, keeping maintenance accurate and visible.
Adding a Service Schedule
Go to the Equipment tile and open the Inventory tab.
Double-click an individual item to open its Individual Equipment Profile.
At the top of the screen, select the Servicing icon.
Under Servicing Information, click the pen icon.
Under Servicing Type, select .
From the pick list, select the relevant schedule and press Select.
Press the green Save button.
The selected service schedule will now be applied to that individual item

Use individual schedules when equipment requires unique servicing intervals.
Individual schedules override type-level schedules where applicable.
Make sure mileage or running-hour data is being captured correctly for accurate servicing triggers.
Regularly review the Servicing tab to stay ahead of maintenance deadlines.
