Adding a photo to an individual equipment profile makes it easier to visually identify equipment, reducing confusion and helping users quickly confirm they have the correct item. Photos are especially useful when multiple items are similar, supporting accurate assignment, issue reporting, and inspections.
Adding a photo
On the left-hand side of the Details page, click the Upload Photo area.
Select a photo from your device.
Upload to update the image for that individual equipment item.
