Time Off Reports

Have overview of time off across your workforce

Time Off reports give you detailed data on who's off-site, time off trends, and allowances across your workforce. You can export this data to analyse patterns, plan resources, or share with stakeholders.


Available Reports

  1. Who's Off-Site Report: Shows everyone who is off during a specific time period

  2. Time Off by Request Type: Breaks down usage by category (annual leave, sick leave, etc.)

Steps to Access Reports

  1. Select the Time Off tile from the left-hand menu

  2. Click on the Reports tab at the top

  3. Select the report you want to view from the list

  4. Use filters to refine your data:

    • Date range

    • Person or cohort

    • Site or project

    • Request type

    • Status (approved, pending, etc.)

  5. Review the data on screen

  6. Click Export to download as Excel, CSV, or PDF

Steps to Export from Who's Off-Site Calendar

  1. Go to Who's Off-Site tab

  2. Use filters to show the exact data you want to export

  3. Click the Export button at the top

  4. Choose your format (Excel, CSV, or PDF)

  5. The file will download with:

    • Person name

    • Request type

    • From and to dates

    • Duration

    • Comments (if any)

  • Super Users and Admin staff analysing time off trends and usage patterns
