Your Time Off allowance shows you exactly how many holiday days you have available, how many you've taken, and how many are pending approval. Everything is displayed in an easy-to-read pie chart and detailed breakdown.
View Your Allowance
Open the Chime app on your mobile device
Tap the Time Off tile from the home screen
View your Pie Chart which shows:
Taken (Red): Days you've already used
Requested (Orange): Days awaiting approval
Approved (Green): Days approved but not yet taken
Mandatory (Purple): Bank holidays and shutdown days
Remaining (Blue): Days still available to book
Scroll down to see a detailed list of all your time off requests with dates and status
Tap on any request to see full details including who approved it and any comments
Viewing Previous or Future Years
On the Time Off screen, use the year selector at the top
Select the year you want to view (e.g., 2025 or 2026)
The pie chart and request list will update to show that year's data

Check your allowance regularly, especially if you're planning time off months in advance
The pie chart updates in real-time, so you'll always see the most current information
Remember that "Mandatory" days (like Christmas shutdown) reduce your available days but don't need to be requested
